Tapuwa started his career at Ernst & Young from 2003 to 2008 in the Human Resources department. He then set out to start his Vehicle Rental Business in 2009. Tapuwa joined Glamour Rentals in 2016 as the Operations Manager. With his vehicle rental business, he has served several NGOs including World Vision, Care International, Oxfam GB, Save the Children, MSF Belgium and International Medical Corps. Providing much needed logistics for developmental projects all over Zimbabwe. His experience in Human Resources Management and Logistics make him suitable for the position of Operations Director. Tapuwa is responsible for:

• Recruitment, Training & Supervision of Staff (Janitors & Drivers)
• Procurement of Stock (Chemicals, Toilet & Vehicle Spare, Safety
  Uniforms etc)
• Dispatch Management (Inspection & Quality Check)
• Weekly Operations Reporting
